Humans are like monkeys

A workplace is like a tree full of monkeys. They are all placed on different branches next to and below each other. All the monkeys sitting in the top of the tree look down and see a lot of smiling faces….all the monkeys in the lower parts of the tree look up and see a lot of assholes.
